RESIDENTIAL RATES

RESIDENTIAL (Code 71 or 81)
Available for existing residential service with electric heat using under 25,000 kWh annually and new services not utilizing electric space heat.

RESIDENTIAL DEMAND (code 72 or 82)
Available for any residential service using electric space heat for more than 15,000 kWh annually.

OUTDOOR AREA LIGHTING (Code 70 or 80)
Available to any existing customer for lighting of private outdoor areas where service is provided from the Town's distribution lines. Installation costs are paid by customer in advance.

Monthly Charge $6.32 per fixture

WIND ENERGY SURCHARGE (NEW Code 50 & 60)
Available to all residential and commercial customers (PRPA wind surcharge plus $0.001/kWh)

Energy Charge $0.02500/kWh

NOTE: Monthly demand shall be the highest 15 minute integrated demand occurring during the billing period

Time of Day Hours:
Off Peak 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. weekdays.
All hours on Saturdays, Sundays, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
On Peak All other time periods.  

Basic Time of Day Hours:
Off Peak 7:00 p.m. to succeeding 4:00 p.m. weekdays.
All hours on Saturdays, Sundays, New Years Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
On Peak All other time periods. Time of Day rates may require installation of additional metering equipment.


COMMERCIAL RATES

SMALL COMMERCIAL (Code 74 or 84)
Available for commercial service with demand of 35 kW or less.

Customer Charge $7.25/month
Energy Charge $0.07198/kWh
Minimum $7.25/month

LARGE COMMERCIAL (Code 75 or 85)
Required for commercial service with demand exceeding 35kW in any two consecutive months.

Customer charge $10.00/kW
Demand Charge $9.52/kW or $65.00, whichever is greater
Energy Charge $0.03081/kWh
Minimum $75.00

SMALL COMMERCIAL ENERGY TIME OF DAY
Available to small commercial customers with electric space heat storage systems and otherwise would be served under the Small Commercial Rate.

Customer Charge $8.25/month
Energy Charge (On peak) $0.0877/kWh
(Off peak) $0.02850/kWh
Minimum $8.25/month

Demand Charge (On peak) $10.70/kW, or $63.00, whichever is greater
(Off peak) No demand charge
Energy Charge (On peak) $0.03081/kWh
(Off peak) $0.02545/kWh

Minimum $75.00

NOTE: Monthly demand shall be the highest 15 minute integrated demand occurring during the billing period.

(Off Peak) 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. weekdays.
All hours on Saturdays, Sundays, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. off peak rate does not apply to the Large Commercial Time of Day Rate.
(On Peak) All other time periods.

All rates subject to additional Purchase Power Rider.
