Changing the Name of Your Street

Street name changes require approval by either the Larimer County Board of County Commissioners (for properties located in unincorporated Larimer County) or by the Estes Park Town Board of Trustees (for properties located within Town limits). Requests for street name changes within the Town of Estes Park must be presented to the Public Works Committee prior to being heard by the Town Board.

If you decide to pursue a street name change, you will need to schedule a formal pre-application conference prior to submitting your application.
