Sign Permits

The Estes Park Building Department processes sign permit applications for properties within the municipal boundary of the Town of Estes Park.

The Larimer County Building Department processes sign permit applications for property located outside the Town of Estes Park. For properties that are outside town limits but inside the Estes Valley planning area, applicants must also complete a zoning approval form which is reviewed and approved by the Community Development Department.
