How to Submit Your Comments
on Current Proposals
The Community Development Department welcomes your comments on
any application that is currently under review. Copies of your comments will be
provided to members of the reviewing or decision-making body (Estes Valley Board of
Adjustment, Estes Valley Planning Commission, Estes Park Town Board of Trustees,
or Board of Larimer County Commissioners). They will also be posted to our web
page,
www.estesnet.com/ComDev/CurrentRequests.aspx, and will be added to the
permanent file for the application.
Please submit written comments by the Wednesday
prior to the scheduled hearing so they can be included in the
informational packets provided to Board/Commission members for
review. If you submit written comments after that deadline, they
will be distributed to the Board/Commission members just prior to or
during the hearing; however, the Members may not have time to
consider your comments as completely as you would prefer.
