Design and community involvement activities relative to extension of the Riverwalk westward, to enhance the western portion of downtown.

Participation in the Estes Valley Transportation Alternatives Study and feasibility analysis of further development of an intermodal transportation system to address traffic congestion and improvement of circulation within the Town.

Development of a master plan for the Knoll Property, consistent with goals for preservation of open space and public enjoyment of this amenity.

Continued elimination of blight and recommendations for improvement of the Estes Park “gateway area”, commonly known as Tallant Park, at the intersection of Highways 36 and 34 to the east of downtown.
