Development Proposal

 

What is proposed?

A new proposal for mixed-use development (commercial and residential uses) of Lot 4, Stanley Historic District, was submitted by Estes Winds, LLC. Read the Statement of Intent for detailed information. Follow the links below to view plans of the proposed development.

The Technical Review Committee approved the development proposal, with conditions,
at their meeting on November 30, 2006. (See meeting minutes listed below.)

What guidelines govern the development of the Stanley Historic District Lot 4?

Portions of the Stanley Historic District Master Plan govern the development of this lot.

 

When was the proposal reviewed?

A Technical Review Committee began review of the development proposal on Thursday, November 16, 2006. The review was not completed on November 16. A second Technical Review Committee meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, November 28, 2006 but was rescheduled because the full committee was not available for the meeting.

The final meeting of the Technical Review Committee was held on Thursday, November 30, 2006
at 2:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Town Hall, 170 MacGregor Avenue, Estes Park, Colorado.

The Technical Review Committee approved the development proposal, with conditions,
at their meeting on November 30, 2006.
